enquiry counter

The noun enquiry is a British spelling of the word "inquiry." Both words mean the act of asking questions to gain information.
Example: When we reached the Enquiry counter, it was obvious that my daughter was unwell as she was screaming with pain.
eventually

In the end, especially after a long delay, dispute, or series of problems.
Example: Eventually, we did see a doctor and my little girl had to undergo tests to see if she had appendicitis.
rude
adjective
Offensively impolite or bad-mannered.
Example: The Receptionist was quite rude and didn’t seem to care very much.
scream
verb
Give a long, loud, piercing cry or cries expressing extreme emotion or pain.

severe

(of something bad or undesirable) very great; intense.
Example: During the afternoon, my daughter developed severe pains in the stomach.
treatment

Medical care given to a patient for an illness or injury.
Example: I am writing to complain about the treatment my daughter.
undergo
verb
Experience or be subjected to (something, typically something unpleasant or arduous).
Example: Eventually, we did see a doctor and my little girl had to undergo tests to see if she had appendicitis.
